IT Delivery Manager (12m Contract - Inside IR35) - Hybrid London
Are you a skilled IT Delivery Manager looking for your next challenge? We have an exciting opportunity for a seasoned professional with one of our clients to step into a pivotal role within a dynamic and evolving business environment.
In this role, you'll serve as the vital link between IT and key business stakeholders, managing relationships and ensuring the smooth delivery of IT services. With a focus on driving performance, managing expectations, and fostering continuous improvement, you'll play a crucial part in maintaining service excellence across the organisation.
What You'll Do:
1. Represent IT Service Delivery, acting as the main point of contact for business leaders and ensuring services align with business needs.
2. Manage service performance in line with agreed SLAs and OLAs, while continuously seeking opportunities for improvement.
3. Collaborate across multiple teams to deliver organisational goals and champion best practices in IT service management.
4. Act as a change leader, supporting transformation and promoting effective adoption of new systems and processes.
5. Handle escalations, ensuring that challenges are addressed promptly and solutions are effectively implemented.
What You Bring:
1. A wealth of experience in IT service delivery, ideally 5+ years, with a strong track record in managing both technical teams and business relationships.
2. Solid understanding of ITIL disciplines and a passion for driving service improvement.
3. Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to engage at all levels - from C-suite to front-line end-users.
4. A confident problem-solver who can remain calm under pressure and work effectively in fast-paced, dynamic environments.
5. Experience managing third-party vendors and outsourced service providers, and handling complex stakeholder needs.
