A Day in the Life:
Learning Managers balance responsibilities including meetings, coaching, administrative functions, and project involvement to enhance operational performance. They work closely with General Managers, Site Operations Managers, and Human Resources Business Partners.
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree.
• Experience managing a team with a focus on career development and succession planning.
• Ability to build collaborative relationships with stakeholders.
• Confidence in analysing and interpreting performance metrics with advanced Excel skills.
• Ability to work in fast-paced environments and adapt to changing circumstances, processes, and priorities.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Ability to understand business needs, analyse issues, and drive solutions.
• Experience working in an operational environment.
• Experience in change management and process improvement activities.
• Designing scalable solutions and implementing these at pace and at scale.
