Keyresponsibilities
The Hard Services ProjectManager will lead small projects or support large programsutilizing project management methodologies tools and templates toensure seamless transition from project phase to operational phase.They will collaborate with crossfunctional teams to align projectgoals with operational needs oversee the planning execution anddelivery of hard services and develop and implement comprehensiveoperational readiness plans. Regular updates and reports on projectstatus and risks will be provided to stakeholders to ensurealignment with business requirements and operationalefficiency.
Activities:
Oversee theplanning execution and delivery of facilities management servicesfor the new R&D lab/office site.
Ensure the seamlesstransition of hard services from project phase to operationalphase.
Collaborate with construction engineering andfacilities teams to align project goals with operationalneeds.
Manage and coordinate maintenance utilities andinfrastructure systems to ensure they meet operationalstandards.
Develop and implement facilities servicesreadiness plans including commissioning and handoverprocesses.
Monitor project progress identify potentialissues and implement corrective actions as needed.
Ensure compliance with all relevant health safety and environmentalregulations.
Provide regular updates and reports tosenior management and stakeholders.
Develop scope forthird party service providers.
Other:
Ensures that allwork is carried out with regards to AstraZeneca standards andexternal regulations.
Ensures efficient and effectivemanagement of project information quality of data and integrity ofinformation supplied.
Works within the governancestructure of the KSQ program
Required Skills:
Strongproject management skills including planning and scheduling forcomplex projects.
Proficiency in project managementsoftware to develop and manage schedules.
Excellentcommunication and interpersonal skills to effectivelycollaborate

Indepth knowledgeof hard services including HVAC electrical plumbing and buildingmanagement systems.
Required Qualifications :
Bachelors degree in facilities management business administrationengineering or a related field.
Certification in projectmanagement such as PMP (Project Management Professional) is highlydesirable.
Proficient in the use of project managementsoftware.
5 years of experience in facilities managementin a lab environment.
Experience with commissioning andoperational readiness processes.
Ability to workindependently and collaboratively in a teamorientedenvironment.
Experience in establishing facilitiesmanagement organizations and initiating operations at newsites.
Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracyin maintaining and updating schedules.
