Working directly under Compliance Manager, main responsibilities will include:
* Downloading & sorting photographs on a weekly basis
* Pairing pre-clean & post-clean photographs
* Processing information received from the Operatives
* Producing Post Clean Photographic Reports
* Issuing certificates
* Updating systems/database where applicable
* Making reminder calls on the day of our attendance
* Assisting Business Manager with administrative tasks as required
* Answering incoming telephone calls, taking messages and directing the caller to the relevant staff member
* Assisting Operations Manager when required
* Covering Office Administration Co-ordinator when required
The right candidate for this role will:
* Need to work equally well as part of a team, but also under their own volition.
* Be able to work efficiently, and have a high level of organisation
* Work to a high standard of accuracy
* Be personable and be able to confidently communicate with all members of the company
* Be comfortable on the telephone
* Have experience in working with/using Microsoft Office

Pay: Up to £23,000.00 per year
