Positions:
1. 1 x permanent post, 37 hours per week
2. 1 x temporary post (until June 2025), 18.5 hours per week

Business Services provide administrative support to various areas across Children and Young People's Services, including Social Care, Early Help, and Children Centres.
A key element of the role will be to process incoming information and documents using specific systems and to meet set thresholds. A proven ability to produce accurate work with attention to detail is essential.
You will arrange and support highly confidential meetings, both in person and virtually. It is essential to produce detailed and accurate minutes within set timescales.
Although the main office location is Riverside House, you may be required to attend children’s centres as part of this role.
