This is an exciting opportunity for someone with a passion for delivering exceptional service and ensuring that buildings operate smoothly, safely, and efficiently. The Role: As Facilities Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of a single residential site in London, overseeing the maintenance and functionality of the building, apartments, grounds, amenities, and common areas. Your responsibilities will include performing technical and mechanical work, managing the maintenance team, and ensuring the building complies with all statutory obligations. This is a hands-on role where you'll be integral to enhancing the resident journey and ensuring high standards of safety and appearance. Primary Responsibilities: As a Facilities Manager you will be conducting overall inspections and repairs for the building, apartments, and common areas You will be managing and supervising the maintenance team, delegating tasks and ensuring high standards of workmanship As a Facilities Manager you will be overseeing all resident-reported maintenance issues and ensuring PPMs are carried out in line with the building's requirements You will Instigate remedial works as needed to maintain the building’s safety and functionality You will Ensuring that all maintenance-related tasks meet Native’s statutory obligations What We’re Looking For: The ideal candidate will have: Proven experience in facilities management or a related field, with a background in residential services, hospitality, or property management Strong customer service skills, with the ability to build lasting relationships with residents and team members Excellent written and spoken English Exceptional IT skills, including proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook (training on our internal system will be provided) A proactive, organised, and efficient work style, with excellent communication skills A team player with the ability to work in an open and inclusive culture If you're passionate about people, beautiful buildings, and exceptional service, we'd love to hear from you.
