Property Support Advisor Manchester - £24-25K Interested in getting into a career in Property, this could be the role for you The Property Support Advisor is a key member of the Central Support Management Team and is responsible for coordinating the administration of building repair and maintenance work and assisting with the development of a comprehensive record and systems database within the Property Management Department. What you will be doing - Receive telephone calls from residents/lessees reporting maintenance issues and providing them with answers to enquiries about the estate Deal with correspondence letters, e-mails and voicemails Meet residents and client’s expectations through exceptional customer service Liaise with the internal maintenance division and co-ordinate and make maintenance appointments Arrange and monitor service contracts and assist the Finance team with service charge collection Ensure that the customer database remains up to date and with changes Ensure that the Property Management team are prepared for resident meetings, including attending and taking minutes when required This role may be subject to a satisfactory disclosure from the Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS check).
