Salary: £60,000 – £65,000depending on experience
What you’ll be doing:
* Lead and manage a team of four Finance PeopleCapability Officers, providing clear direction and guidance onLearning and Developmentinitiatives
Oversee the delivery of Finance developmentprogrammes, ensuring solutions align with businessneeds Identify and drive opportunities to adapt Financedevelopment offerings based on stakeholder feedback, managing theprocess from concept toimplementation
* Guide the roll-out of the Competency and Careerframeworks, regularly seeking input from relevantforums
Develop innovative learning and developmentsolutions to optimise talent potential andperformance Collaborate with the Communications and EventsOfficer to ensure the effective delivery of developmentprogrammes Act as a subject matter expert on developmentcontent, ensuring Finance training programmes align with businessgoals and objectives
Your skills and experiences:
* Background in Finance, HR, and/or Learning &Development, with Finance experience beingadvantageous
Proven experience in people management, having ledeither direct or indirectreports Experience in delivering programme outcomes in acomplex, multi-stakeholderenvironment Ability to interpret and present data, and applydesign thinking to manage projects from start tofinish Skilled in stakeholder management with the abilityto collaborate across all levels of theorganisation
