Working shifts between 06:30-20:00 Monday to Friday
FTE: £24,404 per annum
Pro-rata £19,814-£20,155 per annum including an allowance for holiday pay and shifts
Wymondham College has over 400 staff dedicated to supporting World Class education. Wymondham College is a unique state day and boarding school with an outstanding reputation. A vacancy exists for a Cook who will assist and support the work of the College’s Catering Department.
Specific Responsibilities
• The production and service of meals and refreshments throughout the school day;
• Catering for all school functions and courses held during the school term and non-term time;
• Monitor stock control, rotation and records;
• Assists in the preparation of college meals;
• Ensures staff and kitchen hygiene requirements are met;
• Ensures Health and Safety at work requirements are met;
• Participate in the College programme of Performance Management and Continuing Professional Development;
• Undertake other duties and responsibilities as the line manager may reasonably require.
