The Role:
1. Full responsibility for a diverse and interesting portfolio of tax clients, which will include partnerships, sole traders, directors, and shareholders.
2. Working as part of a wider team assisting your colleagues and clients with both technical and procedural advice.
3. Dealing with HMRC tax enquiries and disclosures.
4. Building and maintaining trusted long-term relationships with your clients, colleagues, and professional contacts, perhaps face to face, over the phone, or at network events.
Your Experience:
1. ATT part or fully qualified is desired.
2. A minimum of two years working in UK personal tax compliance, competent with a range of tax returns for both directors, sole traders, and partnerships, able to complete returns ready for manager review.
3. Able to manage your own workload and keep to deadlines.
4. Good communication skills, both written and verbal, comfortable with face-to-face meetings as well as the use of teams and telephone.
