Position Title : Building Surveyor Location : Manchester Role Overview : We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Building Surveyor to join our team. Key Responsibilities : Conduct building surveys and prepare detailed reports. Advise clients on property matters, including maintenance, repairs, and compliance. Manage projects, budgets, and schedules effectively. Collaborate with clients and internal teams to deliver tailored solutions. Utilise AutoCAD and other software tools for accurate design and documentation. Qualifications and Skills : Degree in Building Surveying or working towards it (essential). RICS Member or currently working towards membership. Strong communication and time management abilities. Proficient in IT, including AutoCAD and other relevant tools.
