Salary: £45,000 - £50,000

Key Responsibilities:
1. Oversee the smooth operation of the home, ensuring compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and policies.
2. Provide leadership and guidance to staff, maintaining the highest standards of care.
3. Play an active role in recruiting and onboarding staff.
4. Contribute to ongoing training and development to enhance team skills.
Requirements:
1. Level 5 Diploma in Children's Residential Care.
2. Experience managing residential children's homes.
3. Ideally, registered with Ofsted and familiar with their regulations.
4. Strong leadership and motivational skills for both staff and children.
5. Proven experience in team management and supervision.
