As Head of Housing, you will lead with vision and purpose, ensuring the effective management of our full range of housing services while prioritising customer satisfaction. You will work closely with internal teams, stakeholders, and community partners to create sustainable housing solutions that positively impact lives.
Key responsibilities include:

Lead, inspire, and develop a high-performing team, fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration, and outstanding customer service.

Engage with key stakeholders and collaborate to achieve results

Monitor housing trends and policy changes to continuously enhance services and create new opportunities.

Oversee budget management to ensure financial sustainability and efficiency.
*
Support customer led engagement that strengthens community relationships
*
Provide clear performance metrics and reports, developing strategies to improve results.
This role is offered on a Fixed Term Contract basis for 9 Months however there is scope for the role to be made permanent.
To success in this role, you’ll need:

Proven leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams to achieve great results.

Strong knowledge of housing law, policies and regulation.

Excellent problem-solving, negotiation, and communication skills.
