How you’ll support us on our mission to keep people safe and warm… IT & Digital Strategy: Develop and implement SGN’s IT and digital strategy to optimise infrastructure and support business transformation. Cybersecurity & Risk Management: Lead the development of robust cybersecurity frameworks and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, including disaster recovery and business continuity planning. Data Governance & Analytics: Establish data governance strategies and leverage analytics to enhance decision-making, with a focus on predictive safety. IT Investment & Vendor Management: Oversee technology procurement, vendor relationships, and evaluate emerging technologies to drive safety and efficiency. IT Governance & Compliance: Ensure alignment with regulatory standards, particularly in safety-critical IT and operational technology security. Leadership & Stakeholder Engagement : Lead a high-performing IT organisation, collaborating with various business units to align IT with SGN’s safety and business objectives. Key Accountabilities: Manage SGN’s enterprise technology estate, ensuring resilience and security. Implement enterprise-wide data governance and analytics, ensuring data integrity. Lead IT projects, ensuring alignment with OFGEM security standards and regulatory compliance. Oversee multi-year IT budgets, ensuring cost-effectiveness in delivery while supporting safety initiatives.
