Capital Equipment Sales Engineer
Overview: This role involves selling bespoke capital equipment to various sectors, including aggregates, mining, materials handling, food, pharma, and animal feeds.

Candidate Profile: We are looking for a candidate who:
1. Has some capital equipment sales experience or wants to pivot into capital equipment sales.
2. Is flexible on location - ideally able to go to Grantham 2 days a week.
3. Has experience selling into engineering, manufacturing, or industrial markets.
4. Seeks a successful company where they are set up for success.
5. May have sold commodity products and wants a more consultative sales process.
6. Is passionate about the sector/equipment and is open to training and development.
Additional Information: This capital equipment sales manager role is home-based. The head office is near Grantham, with potential locations including Nottingham, Lincoln, Newark, Melton Mowbray, Leicester, Loughborough, Stamford, Peterborough, East Midlands, Nottinghamshire, or Lincolnshire.
