Teaching Personnel’s PWR team is supporting a specialist SEN school in Christchurch in their search for a dedicated KS3 Teacher to join their team as soon as possible.
Location: Christchurch, Dorset
Start Date: ASAP
Contract: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: MPS/UPS
About the Role:
This is an exciting opportunity to teach in a small, independent SEN school with class sizes of no more than 10 pupils, providing tailored education to students with SEN needs. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering a broad KS3 curriculum, adapting lessons to support individual learning styles and emotional needs.

1. Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
2. Experience working with SEN/SEMH pupils in a school setting
3. A creative and adaptable approach to teaching
4. Strong behaviour management skills and the ability to engage students
5. A passion for making a difference in the lives of young learners
