Key Responsibilities:
* Design and execute change programmes, ensuring clear communication and risk management.
* Provide expert guidance on redundancy consultations, TUPE transfers, and restructures.
* Develop change management strategies to support colleagues through transitions.
* Advise on employee relations, ensuring legal compliance and best practices.
* Represent ER during collective consultations and maintain relationships with representatives.
* Build leader capability through training on managing change and employee relations.
* Manage employee relations cases arising from change programmes.
Transformation:
* Identify trends and recommend solutions for employee relations.
* Simplify processes and continuously improve policies and practices.
* Provide insights to support targeted HR interventions.
* Ensure transformation aligns with our values and legal requirements.
Qualifications and Experience:
* Proven experience in change management and employee relations.
* Strong knowledge of redundancy consultations, TUPE transfers, and restructures.
* Excellent communication and training skills.
