Job Type: Casual Worker Agreement – Hours are offered to our casual workers in line with the demands of the business. Flexibility will be key, as shifts will vary and will include some weekends.
The rate of pay is £11.55 per hour (£12.21 per hour as of 1st April), plus service charge.
Key Responsibilities:
* Support and deliver a fantastic LFH Service: You will work together, alongside the kitchen team to deliver fantastic service to our guests.
* Make long lasting unique memories: We welcome your charisma and personality and encourage you to create memories and relationships with our guests – especially the littlest ones!
* Ensure a safe dining experience: You will endeavour to be diligent and knowledgeable of all our menu offerings and understanding allergens to keep our guests safe.
* Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in all food and beverage areas: adhering to health and safety regulations.
What we need from you:
- Previous experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry is preferred but not essential.
- A positive attitude with a genuine passion for delivering outstanding customer service.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a team environment.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays, to meet the demands of our busy hotel.
- A commitment to upholding the highest standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and professionalism at all times.
