Some of the responsibilities:
1. Coordinating and managing the delivery of a variety of digital marketing campaigns across multiple sectors.
2. Aligning internal teams to ensure consistent delivery of value and measurable impact for clients.
3. Managing client and stakeholder relationships throughout the full campaign lifecycle, providing performance updates and commercial insights.
4. Building strong, trusted relationships with client contacts by understanding their markets and identifying opportunities to support business growth.
5. Handling budget management from estimation through to invoicing, and ensuring accurate data entry into the CRM.
6. Managing service orders and purchase orders efficiently.
7. Measuring client satisfaction and implementing improvements where required.
Some of the requirements:
1. At least 4 years of experience in a client-facing or strategic role, preferably within a digital marketing agency
2. Hands-on experience with digital marketing channels, particularly PPC and SEO
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a natural flair for building relationships
4. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to influence and engage stakeholders
5. Strong organisational abilities, with confidence managing multiple clients and priorities
6. Commercial awareness and analytical skills to interpret and communicate insights clearly
7. A commitment to continual learning and personal development
8. A positive, team-oriented mindset and willingness to support others
9. An enthusiasm for sharing knowledge and mentoring colleagues
