Our Asset & Wealth Management business also invests in corporate equity, corporate debt, real estate equity, and real estate debt and infrastructure worldwide.
The Bank Relationship Management & Market Strategy (BRMS) team is responsible for the management of the front-to-back oversight governance framework for brokers, fund administrators, and custodians across the Asset Management fund complex and institutional client managed accounts. The BRMS team is looking for an experienced relationship coordinator at the analyst/associate level to join our growing team in London.
RESPONSIBILITIES
* Coverage and oversight of broker, custodian and/or fund administrators to maximize potential value delivery across the firm.
* Creating and driving strategic projects for vendors based on divisional and business unit priorities and needs.
* Assisting with the evaluation, selection, negotiation, and onboarding of new vendors and ongoing compliance with Firm vendor policies.
* Evaluate new business/products/markets and collaborate across teams to represent and drive work streams.
* Comply with internal risk frameworks and industry regulations to reduce risk and extract maximum value from our global network.
EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED
* Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, with relevant industry experience.
* Relevant work experience of 2+ years.
* Detail-oriented with the ability to quickly identify and learn pertinent information across a wide range of products.
* Excellent written, communication, and presentation skills.
* Ability to work independently, multi-task, and prioritize work under tight deadlines.
* Intellectual curiosity, a strong work ethic, and commitment to a superior work product.
* Ability to cultivate effective partnerships with a broad range of stakeholders.
* Forward thinking, with the ability to assert new ideas and follow them through.
* Self-motivated and proactive team player who takes ownership and accountability of projects.
* Strong organizational skills with the ability to effectively manage competing priorities.
* Explore solutions that leverage business intelligence, low code automation, industry utilities, and external vendor solutions.
* Fund experience is not required but would be an advantage.
* Knowledge of fund products (i.e., mutual funds and alternative investment funds) and regulatory environments would be beneficial.
