Contracts Administrator immediately required to work within the Contracts Department at Lurgan Hospital. This role is a temporary full-time position working Monday – Friday 9am – 5pm for a minimum of 6 months with the possibility of extension. The successful candidate will earn £12.86 per hour.
The main duties of this role will require the successful candidate to assist the Telecoms Manager and Contracts Manager. The following duties will include but are not limited to:
* The preparation of contract documentation for procurement
* Tendering and payments
* Liaise with outside contractors
* Send out notifications of contract start dates and prepare tender documentation
* Record and distribute associated minutes
* Ensure associated contract payments are made in a timely manner
What We Need From You:
* 5 GCSEs grade A*-C including English and Maths
* HNC/HND or equivalent/higher qualification in an administrative related field
* 1 year administrative or clerical experience at a Band 3 Level or equivalent
* Knowledge of Microsoft Office Applications such as Word, Excel, and Outlook
