We are currently recruiting on behalf of a well-established law firm in Oxford, looking to hire an experienced Personal Injury Solicitor to join their growing team. This is an exciting opportunity for a solicitor with a strong background in personal injury law, looking to further their career in a supportive and forward-thinking environment.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Manage and progress a varied caseload of personal injury claims from start to finish.
2. Provide expert legal advice and guidance to clients on personal injury matters.
3. Handle negotiations with opposing parties and insurers to reach favorable settlements.
4. Represent clients in litigation, including drafting legal documents and attending hearings where necessary.
5. Collaborate with clients and colleagues to ensure a seamless and efficient service.
6. Contribute to the firm’s reputation by maintaining a high level of client care and professionalism.
Skills & Experience Required:
7. Qualified Solicitor with at least 2 years of post-qualification experience (PQE) in personal injury law.
8. A strong understanding of personal injury claims, including RTA, workplace accidents, and medical negligence cases.
9. Proven experience managing a caseload independently, with the ability to work under pressure.
10. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a focus on client care.
11. Strong attention to detail and the ability to work to deadlines.
12. A proactive and solution-focused approach to case management.
13. Ability to work as part of a team, contributing to the firm’s overall success.
