Job Description
We’re looking for a motivated Inside Sales Representative to join our dynamic sales team. In this role, you will play a critical part in driving revenue growth by supporting the VSBS Sales team across multiple areas. This entry-level position is ideal for someone eager to develop a career in sales, learn about cutting-edge technology, and contribute to a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
Main Responsibilities:
Lead Generation and Outreach:
* Research and identify potential clients in target markets using tools like CRM platforms, LinkedIn, and other sources.
* Reach out to prospects via phone, email, and social media to generate interest in our products/services.
Qualification of Leads:
* Understand potential customers’ needs and determine if they are a good fit for our offerings.
* Schedule product demonstrations or discovery calls for senior sales representatives or account executives.
Relationship Building:
* Build rapport with stakeholders to develop and maintain engagement, focusing on their needs.
* Work closely with the sales team and the extended VSBS team such as Pre-sales, Marketing, Product, Services and Legal.
* Provide feedback to marketing teams regarding lead quality and campaign performance.
Administrative Tasks:
* Support the Sales team across all aspects of the Sales process including opportunity management, proposal preparation, research, task management, stakeholder liaison.
* Update and manage lead information in the CRM system (Salesforce), prepare sales reports and track key metrics.

Qualifications
* Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
* Previous experience in customer service, retail, or an internship in sales is a plus but not required.
Skills & Attributes:
* Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
* Confidence in communicating with multilevel stakeholders.
* Energetic, self-motivated and eager to learn.
* Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment.
* Familiarity with CRM tools, social media and sales automation platforms is a plus.
