Own the product roadmap, ensuring it reflects customer needs, market opportunities, and business priorities. Drive innovation, identifying new product opportunities and enhancements that provide competitive advantage. Delivery Excellence Oversee end-to-end delivery processes to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery of products and features. Establish best practices in agile methodologies, ensuring teams operate efficiently and collaboratively. Monitor and improve delivery metrics, including velocity, quality, and customer satisfaction. Cross-Functional Collaboration Work closely with engineering, design, operations, and business teams to align on goals and priorities. Facilitate effective communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders. Act as a bridge between product, delivery, and commercial teams to drive alignment and shared success. Essential Skills and Experience: Proven experience in a senior product and/or delivery leadership role within a technology-driven environment. Demonstrated success in defining and delivering complex product roadmaps. Strong knowledge of agile frameworks, with hands-on experience implementing and scaling agile practices. Excellent leadership and team-building skills, with the ability to inspire and develop cross-functional teams. Exceptional stakeholder management skills, with the ability to communicate effectively across all levels of the organisation. Analytical mindset with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
