Bespak are looking for an HR Business Partner for the Kings Lynn site, PE30 2JJ. The salary range for this permanent onsite role is between £60k and £65k plus a discretionary annual bonus. Our generous benefits package includes 28 days leave plus bank holidays, 8% company pension contribution to employees 3%, onsite parking and medical / dental / health / life assurance.
Working Pattern We are flexible Work 7.5 hours + 30 mins lunch break, between 8 and 5, this could be 8am to 4pm / 9am to 5pm or a variation of this. Hybrid working We are open to have a conversation about what works for you within the needs of the business.

As a key member of our Human Resources team, you will partner with business leaders to drive HR initiatives that support our company's strategic objectives. You'll provide expert guidance on all aspects of HR, including talent management, employee relations, and organizational development. You will foster a positive and productive work environment while ensuring that HR strategies align with business needs and contribute to overall success. This role involves working and collaborating closely with the Head of Human Resources and supporting staff and managers. Within this role you will be developing and implementing HR programs and staying up-to-date on the latest HR trends and best practices.
As an HR Business Partner, your duties will include:
Drive HR initiatives to support business objectives and the HR charter.
Provide commercially focused advice and guidance to managers.
Champion company values and act as a role model for the HR function.
Develop and improve systems, processes, and policies.
Coach managers on employee relations, performance, and HR issues.
Manage and mentor HR Advisor and HR Administrator.
HR Business Partner, key skills and desirable experience:
Relevant qualifications including CIPD qualified.
Broad experience of HR in a commercial setting.
Proven change management and coaching skills.
Line management experience.
Up-to-date knowledge of employment law.
A proactive, energetic, and driven team player.
