Do you have a track record of providing inspirational leadership and service delivery? NSFT are recruiting Operational Managers for opportunities across Community, Inpatient and Specialist services in Suffolk.
Our Future Leadership Structure will see our clinical teams working more closely with partners at place level alongside strengthening clinical and professional leadership. We are developing a clinical transformation programme alongside our partners to enhance the clinical outcomes our service users experience as well as continuing to improve experience of care.
Now that consultation for phase three has ended and initial appointment into roles has taken place, we are able to commence recruitment into a number of Operational Manager positions across our services including:

* Community Older Adult
* Specialist (Eating Disorders)

Main duties of the job
As Operational Manager, you will work closely with the Locality Leadership Team to ensure that high quality care is delivered within your services and will provide professional leadership to the Locality workforce.
You will promote a culture of learning and openness and ensure staff have the knowledge, capability, systems and support to deliver evidence-based care and embed lessons learned in practice for the improvement of patient experience.

**This post attracts a recruitment premium of £3,000 (pro-rata for part time roles). Qualifications
* Education to degree level or evidence of sound intellectual ability and ongoing personal development at senior management level
* Recognised postgraduate management qualification or equivalent experience.
* Masters level education or demonstrable equivalent experience
Experience
* Significant experience working within and Managing clinical services
* Significant general and operational management experience to include the management of a large multi-disciplinary group of staff – part of which to have been in the NHS
* Working in mental health
