The role will be based in Lionel Green, but there may need to be flexibility in working through the Directorate as service needs require. An element of support may be required for the reception and ward clerk teams., To provide an administrative and note taking service for teams meetings within the department as required.
To be responsible for supporting the Frequent Flyer's team with administrative support ensuring all communication, documentation and information relating to the function of the teams will be collected and disseminated appropriately.
