You will work as a part of the Pre-school team, under the direction of the Manager to provide safe, high quality education and care for young children with complex needs.

2. To follow the staff job rota and take responsibilities for the designated role for that day.
3. To plan and record an adult guided activity for a designated age/stage small group. This will be on a daily basis (as per a rota), to support child development in specific and prime areas.

5. To liaise closely with the parents and carers and feed back to them at regular intervals informally and formally.
6. To work with the setting SENCO providing 1:1 support by reinforcing routine and learning experiences for those children with additional needs.
7. To feedback any safeguarding or special educational concerns to the appropriate named staff member and to promote the safeguarding and welfare of children.

9. To attend in-service training courses as required.
10. To read, sign and adhere to Pre School’s policies at all times.
11. To keep completely confidential any information regarding the children, their families or other members of staff.
