* Responsibility to build and maintain an active pipeline in a CRM, Salesforce, to exceed orders and sales targets on a quarterly, and annual basis.
* Provide accurate booking forecasts and keep up-to-date customer and pipeline records.
* Actively manage the channels to ensure they are fully engaged, optimised, and driven to succeed.
* Develop and drive a regional sales strategy to maximize market penetration of products including new market entries both direct and with channel partners.
* Orchestrate and hold technical seminars, product presentations and customer demon-strations direct and in conjunction with partners and channels.
* Remain informed of competitor status, products, advantages, and weaknesses.
* Develop and maintain a solid understanding of market conditions and trends. Identify opportunities and capture market share growth while collaborating with the Teledyne Marine businesses to optimize efforts.
* Be responsible for discovering non-standard sales opportunities and participate in the selling process in collaboration with product management.

The ideal candidate for this role will have the following experience and capabilities:
* Minimum 5 years sales experience in Marine & Subsea products
* Based in Scotland, this is a remote role but with monthly visits into the office in Scotland.
* Proven track record of winning new business and achievement against sales quota.
* Strong interpersonal acumen, communicate effectively from entry level to C-suite customers.
* Languages needed - English, fluent.
* Excellent communication ability with all nationalities, written as well as verbal.
* Ability to have or attain good comprehension of technical/maritime issues
