* Experience in Oracle Fusion ERP, with a focus on Financials and Projects Module.
* Proficiency in Oracle Fusion reporting tools: OTBI, BIP, HFR, and Smart View.
* Experience with EPM and Oracle Analytics Cloud.
* Responsible & Accountable for Stakeholder management, gross profit margins, successful contract execution, escalation & dispute management & value creation.
* Stakeholder management
* Lead & review fulfillment of resource needs for the projects.
* Final authority to onboard / offboard resources, any resource movement across shores.
* Frequent review of team’s performance & quality checks.
* Co-ordination with pre-sales & account managers to mine new opportunities with existing customers.
