Kinetic is looking for a talented and driven Information Security Officer (ISO) to lead our enterprise-wide information security program. As ISO, you will play a pivotal role in safeguarding the integrity, confidentiality, and availability of information assets across Kinetic and its subsidiaries.
This critical position involves developing and executing a comprehensive information security and IT risk management framework, ensuring alignment with business objectives and compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements. You will be responsible for identifying and mitigating security risks, implementing robust policies and procedures, and fostering a culture of security awareness across the organization.

Key Responsibilities
1. Develop and implement an information security strategy aligned with business objectives, including risk assessment, compliance, and disaster recovery plans.
2. Establish and enforce security policies, procedures, and roles while maintaining the Business As Usual schedule and audit processes.
3. Lead incident response, manage breaches, and ensure compliance with laws, regulations, and industry standards.
4. Collaborate with teams to facilitate risk management, application security, and effective SDLC practices.
5. Report security program status to senior leadership and promote organization-wide security awareness and training.
6. Support sales in tenders, manage supplier compliance, and oversee asset and capacity management.
7. Conduct analytics, reporting, and penetration testing, and coordinate external or in-house audits.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
1. Experience in an information security role.
2. Good knowledge of information security management frameworks (e.g., ISO/IEC 27001, NIST, PCI-DSS, Cyber Essentials).
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
4. Ability to manage multiple projects and work in a fast-paced environment.
