As Senior Brand Marketing Manager, you will lead our marketing and creative teams, collaborating closely with all internal departments. You will be responsible for crafting and executing innovative, market-leading brand campaigns that seamlessly integrate creative storytelling with commercial objectives. You will serve as the brand guardian across all channels, ensuring consistency and excellence in everything we do. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES · Marketing Strategy & Planning: Own and manage the marketing calendar, balancing creative storytelling with commercial priorities. Ensure alignment across teams to deliver campaigns on time. · Campaign Development & Execution: Develop and execute end-to-end marketing strategies and campaigns, from concept through to launch, ensuring alignment with business goals. · Team Leadership: Oversee and inspire the Marketing and Creative team, including Social Media and Graphic Design. Manage relationships with external PR and Influencer partners to deliver cohesive, multi-channel campaigns. · Collaboration with Product Development: Partner with the Product Development team to provide market insights and data, ensuring product formulations align with market trends and consumer needs. · Performance Analysis: Track and analyse campaign and channel performance metrics, making data-driven adjustments to optimise results and achieve KPIs. · Brand Guardian: Ensure brand consistency across all channels and touchpoints, acting as the primary steward of the brand’s identity and tone. · Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to align marketing initiatives with broader business objectives and strategic goals. · Innovation & Market Trends: Stay ahead of industry trends, identifying opportunities for innovation in campaigns, channels, and content strategies to position the brand as a market leader. · Budget Management: Develop and manage the marketing budget, ensuring cost-effective allocation of resources to achieve maximum impact and ROI.
