Pay rate – £30 per hour Contract – Temporary A Yorkshire authority is currently recruiting experienced Business Support Officers for their Adults services. The team will undertake Care Act reviews adopting a Strengths based approach focusing on the Adults own network and assets to meet their needs and outcome or to meet needs in the most cost-effective way. As a Business Support Officer, you will support the Project Team Manager and will be the backbone of daily operations, providing essential assistance to ensure the project runs smoothly. Your role will be pivotal in enabling efficiency and effectiveness across the team and ensuring sufficient output is achieved through identifying savings and reaching weekly targets. Operational Support: arranging the Care Act review meetings on behalf of the Social Worker, Provider and Service User. Track progress of caseloads and savings per week. Assist with the preparation of reporting documents when required Work collaboratively with colleagues and stakeholders to enhance the role of business support. Documentation Management: Collate and track KPI’s to ensure the team is on target. Manage the project tracker and progress of cases. Create the project document library Meeting Facilitation: Coordinate meetings, collate and track actions. Project Assistance: Provide support in project management, assisting in coordination and implementation of business initiatives Candidate Profile: Essential: Proven experience in a business support or administrative role. Experience working with spreadsheets and databases Ability to deal with sensitive and complex information Experience of analysing data Excellent Microsoft skills Strong organisational and planning skills. Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
