Job Title: GCSE SEN Tutor Location: East of England, Essex, Harlow Job Type: Temporary, expected to work Full-Time hours Primary Industry: Education and Training Salary: £20 - £30 Per hour Job Duties: Provide tailored support and guidance to students with special educational needs (SEN) studying for their GCSE exams Create individualised learning plans based on students' abilities and requirements Deliver engaging lessons to help students improve their academic performance and achieve their full potential Assess students' progress regularly and adjust teaching strategies accordingly Collaborate with parents, teachers, and other professionals to ensure a holistic approach to student development Required Qualifications: Recognised teaching qualification Experience working with students with SEN Knowledge of GCSE curriculum and assessment requirements Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Education: Bachelor's degree in Education or related field Experience: Minimum of 2 years of teaching experience, preferably with SEN students Knowledge and Skills: Understanding of different learning styles and strategies to support SEN students Ability to adapt teaching methods to meet individual student needs Strong organisational skills and attention to detail Preferred Qualifications: Experience in implementing personalised learning plans All applicants will require the appropriate qualifications and training for this role.
