* Resource Management: Assign and manage quality resources within the EDNUP team, ensuring sufficient support for quality and inspection activities.
* Quality Oversight: Lead the quality grading process, ensure quality sections in project documentation, and drive the production of inspection and test plans.
* Supply Chain & Assurance: Assure supply chain selection complies with ISA LTR strategy, conduct risk-based quality checks, and provide support to junior team members.
* Audits & Investigations: Conduct internal and third-party audits, investigate quality-related reports, and contribute to project reviews and peer meetings.
* Data & Reporting: Utilize data (Excel, Power BI) to generate quality performance reports for senior management, review and approve quality documentation, and provide insights to improve project delivery.

We are seeking a Quality Manager with strong management skills and extensive experience in Civils, Structural, Welding, NDT, and CEI. This role requires excellent reporting, communication, and data skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Power BI. The ideal candidate will hold membership with the CQI and possess an IRCA Lead Quality Auditor (ISO 9001) qualification, paired with outstanding people management abilities., Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
