We are looking for a Internal Sales Person to join our Burton on Trent Branch (DE13):

As an Internal Sales Person, you’ll manage a live portfolio of current customers whilst proactively targeting and developing new customers into profitable accounts. You will be the first point of call for key accounts clients, getting on the phones to chase down quotes, catching up with regular customers to understand their pipelines whilst proactively calling new companies to sell our products and services to generate new wins.
We are looking for sales-minded people, who enjoy talking to clients, love to use probing questions to understand the full picture, and are organised to ensure weekly/monthly & bi/monthly touch points are scheduled in.
When you are not selling, you may also support the wider branch team, serving on the Trade Counter and picking and packing products in our warehouse to ensure customers’ orders are completed on time.
Internal Sales Person – Experience & Attributes:
* Experience of working in a highly competitive or target-driven customer-focused role (B2B, B2C, retail/hospitality)
* Electrical Product Knowledge is advantageous
* A flexible approach and an ability to work under pressure
* An ability to recognise sales opportunities
