The majority of easyGroup’s profits are donated to charity via the Stelios Philanthropic Foundation (Stelios.foundation). easyGroup is looking for a hands-on in-house Digital Marketing Manager to manage the marketing spend of multiple easy Group domains to achieve a positive ROI through affiliate partnerships with a variety of business partners. This newly created position is based at our UK head office at 168 Fulham Road, London SW10 9PR five days per week with some overseas travel Responsibilities • Direct report to Stelios • Management and full responsibility for all marketing processes and tasks (inc. PPC, SEO, and others.) • Measure marketing program effectiveness and KPIs to drive continuous improvement in strategy and output • Liaising with white label partner and technology provider powering multiple easy domains • Ensure timely and accurate reporting to stakeholders • Ensure all spend conforms within given budget Requirements and skills • Must have right to work in UK • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in digital Marketing • Minimum three years’ experience of digital marketing driving positive ROI • Experience working with multiple domain marketing is essential • Experience of establishing and managing affiliate partnerships • Google qualification in PPC • Experience in creating social media engagement • Experience in search engine optimisation • Excellent multitasking and project management skills • Hands-on experience with marketing • Strong attention to detail and good analytical skills • Well-versed in systems for marketing and website management
