Job Opportunity
Being a Learning Disability Support Worker, you will support vulnerable people by:
* Offering emotional support and reassurance as needed
* Supporting and encouraging he individual to complete any required daily tasks
* Supporting and assisting as required with personal care tasks
* Support with administering medication as required
* Supporting and encouraging the individual to engage and complete any designated daily living skills
* Assisting the individual to access the community (days out, shopping, appointments, etc)
Key Information:
* Pay Rates: Competitive hourly rates, with additional mileage reimbursement (specific rates vary by location)
* No Experience Required: Full training and shadowing provided, so you can start your career with confidence!
* Flexible Hours: Choose from part-time or full-time hours to suit your lifestyle.
* Weekend Availability: Weekend working is required, offering flexibility for those who can work across the weekend.

Essential Skills

* Fluency in English with excellent communication skills
* A positive, can-do attitude with a caring and dependable nature
* The ability to build and maintain strong relationships with colleagues, clients, and their families
* A genuine desire to improve the lives of those in your care
* A full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle
* The right to work in the UK (sponsorship is not available)
* Availability for evenings and weekends
* A clear Enhanced DBS check
