Our client, a reputable educational institution, is seeking a dedicated and organised School Administrator to join their team on a part-time basis. This role is ideal for candidates with a minimum of 2 years of experience in a school setting and proficiency in data management systems. Experience in Special Educational Needs (SEN) education will be a distinct advantage.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Efficiently manage and maintain student records using the school’s data management system.
2. Assist in the administration and implementation of school policies and procedures.
3. Coordinate effectively with teachers, parents, and external agencies to support student needs.
4. Perform general administrative tasks including answering phones, responding to emails, and managing schedules.
5. Provide administrative support to the SEN department as required.
6. Ensure compliance with all school regulations and policies.
Qualifications:
1. At least 2 years of experience in a school setting.
2. Proficiency in using data management systems.
3. Experience in SEN education is highly desirable.
4. Excellent organisational and communication skills.
5. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
6. Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
