Key Responsibilities: A very good knowledge of the HR/Payroll Module within Oracle eBusiness Suite (EBS) version 12.2.9. You will be heavily involved in the timely resolution of any functional incidents and problems that occur and also responsible for the design, development, system testing, UAT and rollout, of both enhancements and additions to the HR/Payroll module within EBS. Working to defined standards, provide support, estimation, design, and development input into new developments for the specific EBS modules. With minimal assistance, support our existing EBS configuration, customisations and extensions; responding to support calls raised, investigating root cause for errors and effectively managing Service Requests and Bugs with Oracle. Designing and developing small scale fixes, enhancement requests, and managing delivery to agreed timescales. Responsible for the design, development, system testing, UAT and roll-out of software enhancements and additions to these specific EBS modules. Provide user advice and guidance primarily on the Payroll module but also on one of the following EBS modules: HR, OTL, OPA or Self Service as well as providing timely resolution of any incidents and problems occurring with them. What do you need? You will be experienced in working with senior business users to establish and analyse new requirements as well as producing and maintaining accurate specifications to required standards. Your experience in supporting project and enhancement releases and the implementation of any regulatory and statutory requirements, security patches and software upgrades to the EBS Payroll module as well as involvement in unit testing and support for User Acceptance and Regression Testing will all be invaluable. Ideally, you'll be able to demonstrate the following technical experience; a background in basic Oracle SQL and Workflow development for Oracle eBusiness; knowledge and experience of Release 12 of Oracle eBusiness HRMS applications across a multi-org. set up, including OA Framework and BI Publisher; knowledge and experience of the SQL Developer. Knowledge on Oracle Cloud is beneficial but not essential. The ability to take ownership of problems and requests as well as the ability to work in a pressurised environment. What happens now?
