* Location: Head Office, Caird Avenue, New Milton, BH25 5PX (office based with travel to our 10 sites as required)
* Work Pattern: Monday - Friday

NMSB are recruiting for an IT Manager to drive our company’s IT strategy, focusing on the company’s IT needs, ensuring components of the IT systems are functioning at maximum efficiency.
Duties will include:
* Supervising daily operations of network and server infrastructure
* Recruitment, management and development of IT Team
* Aligning IT infrastructure with current and future business requirements and goals
* Managing outsourced IT provider relationships, ensuring service KPI’s are met
* Managing / Supporting the IT budget
* Evaluating risk, developing network recovery and backup processes
* Assessing and purchasing hardware and licensing, leveraging new technologies to enhance the business offering
* Evaluating current IT Software and building case studies to invest in new software, where required
* Collaborating with in-house software manager on developments to existing software, APIs, Apps, etc.
* Overseeing and contributing to project management activities related to IT initiatives.
* Ensuring that IT activities comply with applicable laws, codes and regulations
* Testing, troubleshooting and adjusting information systems to operate effectively
* Implementing security for the network, data, and its storage and communication systems
* Identifying opportunities for process improvement within IT operations
* Assisting with the management of business communications packages
Candidates Must:
* Hold a relevant degree level qualification
* Proven experience in IT Management
* Excellent knowledge of technical management, information analysis, and computer hardware/software systems
* Hands-on experience with computer networks, network administration, and installation
* Excellent organisational and analytical skills
* Ability to work toward tight schedules and deadlines and solve problems
* Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
* Full Driving Licence and access to own transport
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
* Highly motivated with a positive attitude to change
