Purpose of Role: Implement a new content strategy to drive revenue growth, foregrounding IWFM’s unique insight and thought leadership. Develop and deliver creative, engaging approaches that introduce the IWFM brand to new audiences. Key Responsibilities: Strategic Planning: Implement and execute a comprehensive commercial marketing strategy aligned with IWFM's purpose, mission, and vision. Revenue Growth: Develop and execute campaigns to increase revenue and maximise profit across various segments and products. Budget Responsibility: Create, monitor and manage the marketing budget demonstrating clear ROI. Performance Measurement: Establish KPIs and metrics to track the effectiveness of campaigns. Digital Transformation: Implement a digital marketing strategy using innovative tools and technologies. Customer Understanding: Cultivate a deep understanding of customer motivations and preferences. Audience Targeting: Identify and target new audiences effectively. Leadership: Provide leadership to the team, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement. Business Partnering: Understand and prioritise the varied needs of the business. Product/Category Management: Follow and analyze market trends to drive financial performance. Agency Management: Maintain a close working relationship with content partners and service suppliers. Compliance: Maintain a register of all trademarks ensuring they are current. Qualifications and Skills: Master's/bachelor’s degree in marketing or Chartered Marketer. Proven experience (10 years) in a senior marketing role. Strong digital marketing expertise with a track record of successful digital transformation. Experience in targeting new audiences and executing effective marketing campaigns. Exceptional leadership and remote team management skills. Excellent reporting and analytical skills. Experience of implementing omnichannel marketing.
