This local organisation is seeking a committed Fleet Administrator to join their team on a full time, permanent basis. The Fleet Administrator will have a strong working ethic and will thrive working in a busy, demanding and ever changing environment. The main purpose of the role is to provide comprehensive administrative support working in a small team environment, using own initiative and managing own workload. This is a full time, office based role and due to the location of the company, the successful candidate must have their own form of reliable transport. Duties Phones - Answering all incoming phone calls promptly and courteously. - Take detailed messages and direct them to the appropriate person or department. Vehicles - Insurance - keeping track of all accidents and insurance claims liaising with the legal team. - Insurance - adding and adjusting to ensure everything is kept up to date. - MOT & Tax - keep these checks up to date and book in MOT/pay Tax when required. - Lorry PMI- ensuring they are compliant with VOSA. - Services and repairs - book in as and when necessary - Keeping track of TBT’s for the forklift in the yard - Manage all vehicles within the fleet - Completing vehicle damage reports on a quarterly basis for all vehicles. Health & Safety - Ensure Toolbox Talks are tracked and filed within share point and hard copies stored. - Separate site folders to be set up for each of the toolbox talks. - Health and Safety Administrative support. Social Media - Posting on various pages and creating content. Recruitment - Posting ads on Indeed - Liaising with recruiters for temp site staff General/Extra - Paying for all parking - Occasional booking of travel - Management of office supplies - Any additional tasks as and when required
