Our client is looking for an experienced Service Manager to oversee/manage the service department, plan and implement improvements, manage staff, and handle customer complaints for this independent specialist workshop.
You must have:
1. Previous service manager experience in franchise dealership is preferred.
2. Strong Leadership.
3. Front of house experience.
4. Great customer service.
5. Monitoring cost.
6. Be IT literate.
7. Monitor quality control.
8. Must be able to train and coach staff.
9. Assist with workshop job allocation.
An understanding of parts and multi franchised experience is preferred.
