This is a varied role, the main tasks of a General Housing Assistant include: Undertake cleaning duties in public areas as directed by Management Reporting any maintenance issues immediately to relevant parties To be responsible for cleaning equipment stock,including replenishing and security To clean and maintain communal areas within the service, including cleaning surfaces and vacuuming and dusting To have an understanding and comply with all COSHH regulations. Working within the relevant legislation, policies and procedures.
