Description
Responsibilities include:Identify, develop and refine sales and operational style product management to produce reliable and timely sales forecasts for SKUs & categories at market level
On-going portfolio reviews, including robust analysis of category & SKU performance to improve product performance, rate of sale and proposition development for each market
Create Weekly Sales & Stock Intake plans ensure & optimize availability, intake and stock levels in line with business needs.
Optimize product & category performance, from demand, markdown, stock, intake and returns.
Ensure best sellers reach their full potential, identify poor performing lines and over stock issues and make recommendations where necessary to stimulate sales
Forecast, analyse and action commercial data to be able to react to trading opportunities / trends in performance to shape the trading plan in season in order to drive the optimum commercial and customer outcome
Guide marketing on SKU & category priorities in campaigns, website coverage and work with marketing to ensure suitable offers / inventory are available. Driving, alongside marketing, a campaign orientated calendar in line with the commercial objectives.
Analysis of category & SKU performance each season to improve product performance, rate of sale and proposition development
Working closely with Supply chain team to identify & manage any risks to the commercial strategy
Monitor competitor websites and market trends, making recommendations to improve propositionProfile
Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively
Demonstrated ability to identify key issues and make tough, timely decisions.

Proven track record in driving demand, optimising sales, and managing gross margin.
