HR Administration, including database management, contract changes and sending out communications Manages DBS process for new hires Able to conduct Right to Work Checks Supports training management including training records, booking courses and checking attendance Supports Hyve security process (ID Cards) Manages booking process for the routine occupational health appointments Managing the department inbox and answering all incoming enquiries and passing to appropriate person for their action Manages recruitment of agency workers, liaising with management teams and SLT for approval to hire Liaising with the on-site agency (with support where necessary) on all matters relating to the agency workers and coordinating interviews for hiring managers Assisting in rolling out initiatives to improve employee engagement and employee recognition Assist with personnel file audits in line with GDPR and data retention schedules with HR Specialist / HR Manager Supports with note taking in HR meetings and creating action points Supporting payroll by providing payroll details/change Providing support with internal selection interviews Advise of employee benefits and company programmes Ad-hoc project work Education US: HS Diploma (required min). Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in administrative field preferred. UK: GCSE Maths & English grade C or equivalent (Required minimum). A-level or NVQ level 3 in Business and CIPD level 3 in HR Practice (Preferred) Experience Prior experience in administrative support role, preferably in Human Resources.
