Reporting to the Brand and Marketing Director, you'll manage the internal insight programme and lead on our Annual Partner Survey programme. Your success will be measured by the timely delivery of regular and ad-hoc work as well as the quality of your approach and outputs. To be successful as our Insight Analyst you'll be an expert in data gathering, analysis and insight creation. You are: - Highly competent in MS Excel and PowerPoint to create engaging content that will demonstrate your insights and provide clear recommendations - Able to create accurate and timely reporting - Highly organised and able to work at pace, managing multiple projects - Experienced in developing effective relationships with key stakeholders - Knowledgeable in data management It would be ideal if you have previous experience of creating and managing insight programmes, and market and desk research programmes. Knowledge of creating PowerBI reports and SQL is also highly desirable.
