Job summary In consultation with the PDNS Provide specialist support and advice relating to the development of services for children and young people with diabetes and be an integral member of the multidisciplinary diabetes team which provides support to children and young people in the acute and community setting. Provide advice, support and participate in the education and development of staff working with children and young people with diabetes which includes schools and community healthcare professionals within scope of professional knowledge and speciality.
