The purpose of this role within MHR is to achieve annual sales targets, the role focuses on generating revenue from new enterprise clients—companies with over 8,000 employees—by driving high-value deals through a consultative sales approach. This involves navigating a sales cycle of 6 to 12 months, securing C-suite buy-in, and consistently closing deals over £1M in total contract value, all while upholding the company's quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
* Achieve Revenue Targets : Drive new business to deliver contract revenues in line with MHR’s business goals, commission structure, and individual sales targets.
* Market Expertise : Maintain a strong understanding of the Payroll and Human Resources sector, including market culture, trends, and organisational structures.
Product Knowledge :
* Develop comprehensive knowledge of MHR’s Trent functionality.
* Understand Managed Services delivery to effectively position solutions.
* Lead Strategic Sales Activities : Identify and engage with prospective customers, moving through a strategic sales process from initial contact to closing.
* Present with Precision : Ensure all sales engagements are professional, impactful, and supported by the necessary technical expertise.
* Document and Report : Manage CRM entries, customer documentation, and maintain a detailed central file for continuity and record-keeping.
* Stay Competitive : Monitor and analyse industry trends, competitor activities, and share insights.
Pipeline and Forecasting :
* Self-generate and sustain a pipeline with sufficient coverage to meet business goals.
* Create, shape, and close new-name opportunities with a consultative, value-driven approach.
* Ensure accuracy in forecasting to drive consistent business growth.
